AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company was established in 2016 in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone, on a total site area of 260,000 square metres. With a young, dynamic team specialised in denim, we offer high-quality denim fabrics in a wide range, distinctive customer-focused products, tailored solutions, fast delivery, effective pricing and high customer satisfaction.

AtlasDenim is recognised as a high-technology, quality denim producer operating beyond international standards, without compromising human dignity, employee rights and safety, or ecological sustainability.

AtlasDenim is a modern, integrated facility that prioritises quality at every stage of production and meets the needs and expectations of customers and all stakeholders. With advanced machinery and continuous attention to sector innovation, it is a fabric production site that responds to needs in the shortest possible time.

About us

Company profile

Atlas Denim Textile Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company was established in 2016 in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone, on a total site area of 260,000 square metres. With 388 Picanol Optimax I looms in operation and nearly 1,600 employees, AtlasDenim is one of Turkey’s largest integrated facilities. The production line delivers 5,000,000 metres per month of First Quality (FQ) denim fabric with a 98% quality rate.

Our fabric weights range from 4.5 to 15 oz. Thanks to our new high-technology integrated yarn facility, we can offer more variations according to customer requests. Our fabric blends include cotton, polyester, modal, dual core, rayon, viscose, Tencel, cotton–polyester and elastane-rich compositions, and we are equipped to meet blend requests such as bamboo, jute, linen and hemp.

Our integrated production site is audited on an ongoing basis by independent national and international bodies and has demonstrated that it produces beyond these standards. Our certifications are listed below.

Beytullah Yıldız

Beytullah Yıldız

Chairman of the Board, AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc.

Beytullah Yıldız was born in Adana in 1963 and completed his primary education there.

A graduate of 19 Mayıs University, Yıldız began his career in textiles thanks to his father’s involvement in the sector since the 1950s.

He was elected Chairman of the Board of AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc. in 2016 and continues in this role.

Erdoğan Türkmen

Vice Chairman of the Board, AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc.

Erdoğan Türkmen was born in Kayseri in 1970. He completed primary school in Kayseri and high school in Istanbul.

After graduating from Gazi University in Ankara, he started his professional life in 1992 and has worked across all stages of the textile industry. He was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc. in 2016 and continues in this role.

Halil İbrahim Yıldız

Halil İbrahim Yıldız

Board member, AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc.

Halil İbrahim Yıldız was born in Sarız, Kayseri, in 1955. He completed primary and secondary education in Kadirli, Adana.

Between 1986 and 2004 he worked in the textile sector in the United Kingdom, his father’s trade.

He was elected to the board of AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Inc. in 2016 and continues in this role.

As AtlasDenim, in order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and all interested parties, we are committed to sustainability in all our activities: using natural resources wisely and continuously improving our environmental performance.

  • We cooperate with customers, regulators and society under these principles, inform all material and service suppliers of our policy requirements and support their development in these areas.
  • We ensure all employees become aware of their environmental responsibilities and fulfil them as part of their duties.
  • We maintain our environmental management system and practices to improve environmental performance.
  • We use the best available technologies for environmentally responsible production.
  • We promote recovery to reduce waste and support the conservation of natural resources, and we minimise material, energy and water consumption through appropriate procedures.
  • We take preventive measures for environmental incidents in line with national and international standards, and we investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Through a risk-based approach we identify our environmental impacts and work to reduce them to acceptable levels.

Occupational health and safety policy

As AtlasDenim, we adopt as a priority business objective the creation of a safer and healthier workplace, minimising all potential losses and improving continuously.

  • We cooperate with customers, regulators and society under these principles, inform all material and service suppliers of our policy requirements and support their development in these areas.
  • All incidents and accidents that occur or could result in injury during our activities are investigated and improvements are made to prevent recurrence.
  • Key performance indicators for occupational health and safety are measured and reported.
  • Through information and training programmes, all employees, contractors and visitors acquire the skills and competences required for health and safety and increase their personal awareness.
  • Occupational health and safety management programmes identify significant risks and set targets for continuous improvement.
  • To achieve zero accidents and occupational diseases, risks from our operations are identified and assessed and reduced to acceptable levels.
  • Occupational health and safety is the responsibility of every employee.

Human rights policy

Under this policy, AtlasDenim Textile Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company:

  • Criminal conduct: We do not engage in activities that could constitute crimes or human rights violations in the countries where we operate.
  • Child labour: In line with the ILO fundamental principles, we prohibit the employment of child labour.
  • Forced labour and human trafficking: Forced labour and human trafficking are strictly prohibited.
  • Prevention of ill-treatment: We do not tolerate ill-treatment, harassment or bullying in the workplace.
  • Healthy and safe work: Providing conditions and an environment in which all employees can work safely and with satisfaction is among our priorities.

  • Employment contract: An open-ended employment contract is prepared with each person hired.
  • Recruitment and employment: Employment is carried out in compliance with the law and defined rules.
  • Rest days and holidays: Employees are not deprived of rest and holidays to which they are legally entitled.
  • Foreign workers: Illegal employment is not used. Employment contracts for foreign workers are prepared in a language they understand.
